School Milk Carton Ads Really Work

MilkMedia, the company that puts advertising on the sides of children’s milk cartons, brags on their website that their ads make an impact on children. The milk carton ads worked for three of the WB Network’s cartoon shows and therefore the network ordered more ads for additional TV shows.

Notice MilkMedia’s wording: "Those promotions were so successful they forged ahead with two more campaigns…"

I thought MilkMedia was all about promoting milk. Yet the company isn’t talking about milk promotions but promotions for TV programs. MilkMedia isn’t talking about new campaigns to get kids to drink more milk. They are talking about new campaigns to get kids to watch new TV shows.

Milk isn’t mentioned, because MilkMedia uses milk as a smokescreen. Milk is the Trojan Horse that gets this company into schools.
