The blank purple space at the top of all Channelone.com’s pages used to be filled with banner ads. For several days the banner ads are gone.
Does this mean Channel One News has run out of companies wanting to advertised on their controversial website? That is possible since there are so few advertisers on the in-school Channel One News TV show. Public service announcements that either pay Channel One very little or nothing at all now fill most of the commercial breaks on the TV show. Then again, it could just be due to poor website management. Channelone.com has always been a poorly updated website.
Anyway, Channel One’s website looks so much better without banner ads. Keep going, Channel One. Remove all advertising on the website and from your classroom TV show.

It could mean Channel One News is running out of advertisers. It could just be sloppiness on the part of the webmaster. (The site has never been well maintained.
