Channel One’s on-air personalities sign off for another school year.

Why are these wannabe reporters saying “goodbye” to students? I thought Channel One News was THE place to keep young people informed about world events? Is there no news in June, July, and August.
These guys could stream video news reports online all summer, if they wanted to. Alas, they don’t want to.
They may film some stories during the summer, and they may post a few photos from exotic locations, but they all have clocked out. No need to break a sweat at Channel One News.
